A quick look @ Al. & Ky. says the math doesn't work
I don't see a problem with the math. The table doesn't have an individual column reflecting the 18.4 cent federal gas tax; it is just added to the rightmost column.
Speaking of AL, our roads are so bad the truckers have to use the left lane! I don't care if we ever get any new roads, I just wish they would maintain the ones we already have.
