Families of the troops square off
Michelle Egan, right, with a photo of her son in the Navy, faces off with Iraq war protesters Monday in Sacramento. Dee Ann Heath, left, and her husband, George, have three sons in the Army, including two in Iraq, and oppose the war. Lorraine Krofchok, center, is director of Grandmothers for Peace International.
Unfortunately, many of our deployed troops have parents like the ones "on the left," in that photo and politically.
Michelle Egan's son has it a lot better, with a Mom who supports him and the mission all the way: the only kind of support our troops want and need.
Do they really have kids in the Army, or is this more crap like Kerry's lying "Winter Soldier" farce? I hope people are investigating these people who claim to have kids in the military.
