as has been stated. Homosexuality is an abnormality. The examples which children should be exposed to must be those which foster the best chance for their success.

Homosexuality is a road to an short lifespan, disease, and marginalization from society. Children MUST be taught homosexuality is wrong. Putting a teacher who is a homosexual on "display" before children in any capacity which promotes any normalcy of the lifestyle is just plain wrong.

There is nothing Christian about being morally neutral about sexual immorality and deviancy, especially about the promotion of same.

In fact, someone who is trying to serve God will warn people about behavior which is going to harm them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. To blithely "let" them continue their merry dance off into the abyss is callousness and cruelty.

There are gradations of immorality and wrong behavior. An occasional drink too many is certainly wrong, a lie now and then is wrong, no doubt about it. But a life dedicated to sexual deviancy, and especially the recruitment of children into such a life, cannot be compared - this is a wrong that is worlds apart.

I'm against promoting homosexuality to kids period. Children experiment on their own with sex and should be allowed to come to their own conclusions about their sexuality when they become adults.

It's a subject that should be off limits to kids because it is against natural order. Most homosexuals I know, not all, have serious problems with their sexuality. Very few handle their condition well. It's one thing to experiment, quite another to admit defeat and give up on the opposite sex completely.To be blunt about it I think full fledged homos have failed to come to grips at whatever it is that is making them go against the grain of their own existence.

I wasn't implying that you yourself are a homosexual. I was implying - and now I'm stating - that you are supporting the "gay is good" propaganda.

Homosexuality is a sexual disorder, and as such, it deserves to be (and was until homosexual political activists pressured psychiatrists and psychologists to change the meanings of words) placed in the same category as pedophilia, bestiality, and necrophilia.

And it is an undeniable fact that homosexuals are much more likely to molest children AND adolescents than the general population.

I agree about the promotion of homosexuality (or any sexuality for that matter) being inappropriate in schools. Parents should model proper sexual models for their children by having a strong marriage and a loving home. It's too bad so many parents fail miserably at this through divorce, remarriage, and serial affairs. Thus the schools take it upon themselves to pick up the pieces. All we can ultimately do is make sure our own families are taken care of by modeling good behavior.

If you don't read the links Scripter posted, with articles by Dr. Spitzer who definitely had no preconceived "notions", but changed his viewpoint after years of study and research, then you are a shill for the "gay" agenda.

Why don't you read the links and get back to the discussion? Dr. Spitzer used to think that homosexuality was inborn and unchangeable. He now no longer thinks that. You know something he doesn't know?

How many who have no problem with homosexual teachers influencing( and teaches DO influence young minds, that is their goal)students, would be ok with an individual who 'feels' more like an animal than a human? Or an individual who is sexually attracted to the opposite sex- but animals? Would it all be ok as long as the teacher didnt' ACT like an animal in class, or talk about how HOT animals are and how humans repulse him or her?


I'd like to ask the Dr.-or any homosexuals who care to answer- if there is any form of sexuality they consider deviant and abnormal. ANY form? If the thinking is 'all sexual feelings are 'normal' because they exist, then all bets are off,right?
Psychological disorders preclude employment in many circumstances- yet homosexuals expect exemption from rejection because theirs involves usage of genitalia. If that is not the case, then it's because of how they think.
So how is it different to reject a paranoid schizophrenic, or a pyromaniac,or someone with a mulitple-personality disorder for employment-and not a homosexual? Aren't they all just 'wired that way'?

For you to compare the rates of promiscuity among homosexuals and heterosexuals is either laughable or deceitful. The rates absolutely cannot be compared. The last figures I've read state that average (AVERAGE) homosexual has at least 100 sex partners in a lifetime. And they're asking questions of people who still have some lifetime ahead to have more sex partners.

The average non-homosexual person has a small handful.

Even homosexuals who consider themselves in a monogamous relationship, at least among men, are practically never monogamous.

I think many who object to my stance on this issue think in comfortable abstractions that allow for no shades of gray. As I posted earlier, I count several gay people as colleagues (or friendly competitors), acquaintances, and friends, simply because my profession happens to bring me in contact with folks of that persuasion. You see a deviant intent on recruiting children; in my mind's eye, I see the faces of people I know, sometimes fairly well, who happen to be gay, and who would be mortified at the thought of harming children in any way, much less 'recruiting' them into a way of life that invites emotional hardship and alienation from family, for starters.

To question the validity of the way I practice my faith is your right, I suppose, but then, I'm equally free to think you're wrong in turn. I'm not laying claim to moral neutrality here; there is no such thing. But after knowing several gay couples who have loved each other and--in one instance--have been together for over a decade, faithful and caring, and telling them their love is wrong would be, in my view, wrong. Simply not my call to make. That judgment on the rightness of their love belongs to a Higher Authority, not me. Or you.

So, according to your so-called logic, a group of former alcholics means nothing, that alcoholics can't stop drinking, becuase only those who wanted to stop drinking joined organizations that help people stop drinking or sought therapy or stopped on their own.

In your little world of make believe, only if alcoholics who DON'T want to stop drinking are somehow forced to stop, does it mean that alcoholics can change.

I do not think a gay teacher should make "gay" into a big deal. I say keep it PRIVATE!!!!!! Straight teachers are not and never have been the self-absorbed, tell all, in your face fanatics the gay teachers are proving themselves to be. I remember when English teachers taught English and math teachers taught math. It appears from the original post that academic achievement is not deserving of the energy that must be spent instead on the gay's sexual activity. When I sign up for a class, I want to know about the subject matter NOT the teacher.
