GOLIAD - Four suspected illegal immigrants, who are Chinese citizens, were injured in a wreck when the driver of a 1995 Chevrolet Suburban apparently panicked after spotting a law enforcement vehicle shortly after noon Monday on U.S. Highway 59, about five miles north of Goliad, said Capt. Tony Trevino of the Goliad County Sheriff's Department.
The injured were taken to a Victoria hospital. They were among eight Chinese citizens, including one woman, who were traveling in the van.
The Chevrolet left the roadway, hit a tree and overturned, Trevino said.
U.S. Border Patrol agents took the four people who were apparently not injured into custody.
Department of Public Safety Trooper Elizabeth Abbott is investigating the wreck.
Additionally, Trevino said, sheriff's deputies detained 16 illegal immigrants when they bailed out of vehicles over the weekend.

The Chinese combine several goals - invading this country, planting spy cells, and dumping their excess population and undesirables.

In 1987 I was offered $1000/head to fly chinese from a private air strip near Guadalahara to a private air strip on the Mexican side of the US border so they could be moved past the mexican road check points.
sNot wanting to spend my life in a mexican prison and lose my airplane I declined but moving chinese across the border along with many other asian and mideastern illegals is nothing new.
In 85 when I was waiting for a passanger at Brown Field I was talking to a group of BP in the restaruant/bar and at that time they said that apro. 20% of all the illegals coming across the border were asian or mid eastern.
The Chinese illegals also come into Los Angeles harbor in containers. Some are caught, some get away. This President and those before him have truly enabled an invasion of America with their refusal to enforce our laws.
That is what is such a travesty being committed by our newsmedia... they avoid Muslims, Chinese, Russians, Columbians, Nicaraguans, etc., etc., etc. Believe it or not, even Africans come through Mexico. Chinese got tired of being rousted off the boats in the bays of SF, LA, and San Diego, and having all that indentured servitude to pay for. Yes, and we Americans are paying for all of their care and sustenance....
