Kurland has since traded up to a Smith & Wesson .357 magnum, a model light enough to wear on his ankle...

That brings to mind hillary's cankles.

I could be wrong but I'd think you'd need to be a pretty good sized dude to consider a .357 magnum as "light enough to carry on your ankle".
