The 2nd Amendment applies to ALL Americans whether you like it or not.
Of course the 2nd Amendment applies to ALL Americans. I just found the article a bit unusual and in 30 years of reading the Miami Herald, I have never in my recollection seen them post a headline in all capital letters.
