When you do please note that Sheehan may have not only paid her back taxes with money derived from the death of her son but also purchased a home. Satisfying the Federal Tax Lien was necessary or she could have never received title insurance or financing. June 2004 Mary Bingham deeds her house to the Sheehans and the Sheehans take out a loan from AEGIS WHOLESALE CORP (a mortgage company).
