Nothing to see here. I've done things in a low-oxygen environment that I would rather forget, (though friends wont let me) so it appears without evidence to the contrary, that the pilots either got stupid or unconscious hypoxia and poor maintenance kept their airplane from warning them about it before it was too late. It happens all the time. Remember Paine Stewart?
