I also noticed this:

TrueMajority -- an antiwar group founded by Ben Cohen, one of the creators of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream -- hired Fenton Communications, a Washington public relations firm that has worked intermittently with Sheehan over the past year to coordinate media coverage.

With this help, Sheehan has courted coverage from the traveling White House press corps with a news conference. A schedule of when relatives of other military casualties in Iraq are expected to join Sheehan here was distributed to reporters. Her team is coordinating an antiwar rally planned for Saturday."

Poor grieving mother my a$$. She has a public relations firm.....Just Damn!

You ought to post that as a seperate thread. Document it well and it may get some play...all the way to Fox news, Hannity, O'Reilly, Drudge...who knows where?

For a group that talks about the how important the voices of "real people are" liberals sure spend a lot of time hanging out with Communications experts. And the msm either falls for it, or worse, takes the easy road and just pretends that these are "real people."

"If you think I am going to allow you another four years to do even more damage, then you truly are mistaken. I will fight for a true vote count and if that fails, your impeachment. Also, the impeachment of your Vice President. "

And THIS is what this so-called protest is all about

Cindy Sheehan's Apologist Allies

I see in the Washington Post that Cindy Sheehan is using the same PR agency the Nicaraguan Sandinistas used.

Perhaps understandably, Fenton Communications doesn't brag about its work promoting Nicaragua's pro-Castro, anti-U.S. communist government. At least, not on its website.

For those who don't remember the Sandinistas, here are remarks by then-President Ronald Reagan about the Sandinistas' torture of dissidents, their pro-Soviet military activities, their personal financial corruption and more. Read it while remembering that Fenton Communications stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the Sandinistas, and now Cindy Sheehan stands with them.

Wow! The stuff you see on FR that you don't (and probably won't) see in the MSM...

Fenton Communications - yeah know that rings some bells. They have offices spread around a couple of places that I can recall. They're famous for being wrapped up in lefty-Marxist skullduggery that goes on, particularly with those so-called "peace" outfits which are nothing but fronts.

All the Moveon.org / (September 11 Families for) Peaceful Tomorrows / Ramsey Clark / International Action Center / Institute for Global Communications (IGC) / Tides Foundation & Tides Center / Veterans For Peace (directly associated with Military Families Speak Out) and Bringthemhomenow.org  associations and tie-ins are rather interesting.

A LOT of info about all the interconnections already resides here on FR, and was generated mainly in 2004, related to sKerry's run for POTUS because of all the peacenik groups that suddenly fell out of the wood-work at the time, but have a hard time recalling fine details of it - it's been a while. After doing some drive-digging I had only saved just a couple of FR pages of it, which wasn't very helpful.

If you do a search for thread titles that include Peaceful Tomorrows, Veterans For Peace, Military Families Speak Out, Tides Foundation and/or Tides Center in the heading, or keyword search using PEACEFULTOMORROWS, TIDES, TIDESFOUNDATION, VETERANSFORPEACE, MFSO, MILITARYFAMILIESSPEAKOUT, SOROS, it's a sure bet you'll hit paydirt.

The legwork has already been done, sifted, catalogued and filed. All anybody has to do is refer to it and run with it. Hopefully this can save you all some time and drudgery  : )

Comrade Field Marshall Cindy's 15 minutes of fame are pretty well up.
