When bad things happen we usually want to
find a reason. pin it on a medical excuse instead of a moral defect, IMO.

Well both fit..according to Michael Savage, liberalism IS a mental disorder...

It's not cold (I don't think). By putting any type of disorder or illness onto one's actions, it automatically gives an excuse of "well in the end he just couldn't help himself."
