Didn't Beth say that she had outfitted Nat's phone for international use?

I recall a post to that effect. Why would Natalee rent a phone - unless she didn't know the phone had been "outfitted" by Beth, etc.

I have a vague memory of nat's phone not being fixed to use on Aruba. I think Beth said her phone was so Beth could call her. Confusing.
