Truthseeker2 Now that Jan Van Der Straaten is no longer working this case can he be questioned in any way regarding any aspect of this case? If so, can his statements be presented as evidence by way of a summons to appear in court to provide those statements under oath? Tito: UNLIKELY.. HE WAS PART OF THE INVESTIGATION.
