But my guess is that she used something other than her authority, and two, I doubt that the boy feels he was taken advantage of.
I understand. Which begs the question, I'll pose again: Doesn't the 'victim' have to press charges? That's the case in Iowa. Why did the boy's family press charges if they don't feel he's a victim.
My guess is if we dig deep enough you will find this is a family without an adult male in the household.
