Unfortunately most of those so called "moderate" Arabs that worry nothing about but the basics of life are also the ones that do absolutely nothing to stop the islamofascists even though they vastly outnumber them. But they also won't hesitate to join in the fun if Israel were ever to be smashed. Just look at how many Iraqis who otherwise are not involved with the insurgency don't hesitate to loot equipment/weapons/supplies from damaged/destroyed American vehicles when they get the chance. They take them as trophies just like the ones with the masks and AK-47's do.
