I suppose that explains why he and fellow Republican leaders continue to allow the abusive IRS progressive tax system to continue in it's present form, almost 5 years into his Presidency, with Republican control of both legislative and the executive branches

...And why the Dept of Education continues to grow, (No Child Left Behind Act, worked out with Teddy Kennedy)
..Why the HHS continues to grow, along with 288 million dollars approved in the current fiscal budget in Title X funding for "family planning" (funding Planned Parenthood) in HR 4818, etc, etc.

Thanks for reminding me why I left the Republican party a month ago.

Bush was not given a mandate to create an extra-Constitutional America.

The United States Constitution, in it's original intent and purpose, should be respected as the Supreme Law of the Land, which it is.
