It's happening now.

Try to buy a lot on Marsh Creek Road, or Morgan Territory Road in Clayton. Plan to have about 5 mil in your mad money account.

Why so much? Because "smart growth" or if you prefer the new monikker "shaping our future" has made it impossible to reasonably subdivide the land through implementation of an unconstitutional creation called an Urban Limit Line. This has made it necessary to buy at least 80 acres just to live a few miles outside the city limits.

(and I don't blame anybody for disagreeing with that nasty old wasp man)
