Misuse of eminent domain was one of the strongest and most legitimate complaints that African-Americans used to make when they claimed that America was rigged against them. Thus it shouldn't be surprising that at least one member of the CBC remembered this and stood up against Kilo v. New London.
I never thought I'd say this, but give credit where credit is due.

Good for her. I salute her for taking the right stand, even if she is probably doing so for entirely the wrong reasons.
