Thats right, but our leaders are more worried about the innocent civilians than about winning the war. Just like Vietnam. But not anything like WW2. What our leaders have forgotten is that you need to win a war as soon as possible or the casualties get higher.
Truman figured it out. It was 200,000 innocent japanese civilians now or 4 million innocent japanese civilians later. Not to mention of course 100,000 dead Americans.
Today instead of leveling a major muslim city back in September of 2001, and sending a message that more of the same would be coming if Countries that sponsored terror like Iran and Syria did not surrender unconditionally, we are stuck in this Vietnamesque crap in Iraq.
Why the President allows terrorist to hide in Syria and Iran and cross over, kill us, then go back to their sanctuaries is ........?
