Yes, but that's the very point I was making. Compare those two 'horrible' violations to the terrorists, illegals and sexual perverts we have running amok on our streets.

I like Martha's shows and I'm not afraid to admit it. I don't care what her politics are.

From my expierience in this field, she was most likely caught violating the terms of her home confinement by the probation officer. He called her in, confronted her with the allegation, and told her that she could either sign a waiver extending the home confinement OR he would take her back to court and she would risk having her supervision revoked and be sent back to the big house (for a term longer than 3 weeks I assure you). Wisely, it looks like Martha decided to sign the waiver and be done with it.
