According to the CDC Between 1979 and 1996 no Lab or Golden Retriever killed anyone. Not a one. However, "Pit Bulls" killed 60 people, and Rottweillers killed 29.

According to the CDC Between 1979 and 1996 no Lab or Golden Retriever killed anyone. Not a one. However, "Pit Bulls" killed 60 people, and Rottweillers killed 29. Meanwhile, labs and Goldens are much more popular breeds than Rots and Pit Bulls. Surely tons of them must have been mistreated, but they still managed not to kill anybody.
