As a disclaimer, it had been suggested I was a PR person for Cheryl Ford since I post so much coming from Cheryl. 

The truth is out.  I am an unabashed PR for the legacy of Terri Schindler Schiavo and am interested in getting out in the open any information that I can.  Cheryl Ford contributes a lot and I am still amazed so much is still forthcoming.

Michael Schiavo Poised To Sue Caregivers

CLEARWATER - Michael Schiavo has asked a court to waive the two-year statute of limitations on filing a medical malpractice lawsuit against one or more of his deceased wife's caregivers.

Terri Schiavo, 41, died March 31 after her feeding tube was removed after a seven-year court battle.

Schiavo's attorney in this case, Mark Perenich, said he was not able to discuss the proposed lawsuit behind Tuesday's request for an extension of the two-year statute of limitations.

By law, medical malpractice lawsuits must be filed within two years of the alleged misconduct unless an extension is granted.

In October 2003, Terri Schiavo's feeding tube was removed on court order. Doctors reinserted it on orders from Gov. Jeb Bush.

HINO wants to sue the medical providers? Who else is left? If he sues any medical providers, for the most part, they were taking orders from him, the guardian of the year. WHAT FOLLY

And, remember DCF and ACHA said there was no wrongdoing by "anyone" and Jeb said Michael was cleared by SATTY Bernie McCabe.

If HINO sues, who will the Judge be? They are all corrupt and will hand him taxpayer dollars which ends up paying for malpractice awards because docs lose their practice and medical costs go up, etc.

Wonder who Michael will sue this time, himself? If anyone malpracticed on Terri, Michael heads the list. Greer did a lot of practicing medicine without a license and always managed to be wrong. So did Felos and Bushnell. But Felos is a certified moonbat who can always plead insanity. Bushnell always intended to do the worst to Terri, so you can't very well blame her for making a "mistake." Dr. Cranford misdiagnosed Terri, but that's what he is paid to do (and why he is known as a death doctor).

Maybe we could get this case before Judge Judy this time and get a taste of truth at last.

And the useful idiots said he was not in it for the money.

Let's review, just off the top of my head. There's the info that provided in Post 285, Michael's book, possibly a movie if the antilife tv aren't afraid of the boycotts of their advertisers, and Michael sued for malpractice, saying that he would take care of Terri for the rest of his life, and use the money for her care, but "remembered" right after receiving the malpractice money, that Terri did not want to live like that.

Regarding Terri’s care, according to Cindy Shook, Michael's girlfriend 1 1/2 years after Terri was hurt, Michael Schiavo said:
"How the hell should I know we never spoke about this, my God I was only 25 years old. How the hell should I know? We were young. We never spoke of this."

Hey, I thought Terri talked to him about what she would want if disabled. Oh yeah, that was AFTER Michael received the $1.7 malpractice that he remembered.
