This re: Jessical Lumsford:

Interesting snippet from the link:

Quote:
Crist said he has no authority to order Brad King to prosecute Couey's acquaintances. "He's an independently elected individual and has the prosecutorial discretion to make those kinds of decisions." The Factor again expressed anger at the decision not to prosecute. "What do you say to Jessica's father? These three people are partially responsible for that little girl's death. You can't just let them walk around the state of Florida without being punished."

Crist stood next to Mark Lunsford but he won't do anything about Brad King and about the relatives of Cooey who could have, would have, may have known Jessica was being imprisoned and molested, even when the cops came to the door. And, the female bought Cooey his ticket out of town. Not aiding and abetting, not an accomplice? LOL Ridiculous.

Brad King by arresting Cooey without the relatives, somehow gets them off the hook? What if Brad King was found to be derelict in his duties? THEN, Crist should step in. But, he's an empty suited RINO and for being chief law enforcment officer of Florida, he's not tough on crime. J. Greer, now he's tough - he ordered Terri to be murdered.

Florida is a sick place.

I've been advised to start watching "Law & Order". They have covered the subject of forced exit and last night they had a case where the woman was said to have committed suicide because she had a "toolkit" from the hemlock society. They dug deeper in the plot of this fictional drama and concluded that the victim was actually MURDERED. Law & Order is on to something. That's their second swing at "the right to die nazi's".
