Ever consider that their version of spelling might be correct to them and your version incorrect to them.

I could not care less about the spelling If I did I would never have hired a lot of people who worked for me in the past.

I would rather have a poor spelling next to me in a fight than a neat freak who craps his pants at the sign of trouble.
