Wasn't he also involved in selling the British Pound short and thereby screwing a lot of Brits out of their pensions a few years ago? If so, it would be the typical liberal helping out the little guy.

Yes, because of Soros shorting the pound, lots of people lost money. But I think the conviction was for something else in another country!!
