I disagree that homosexual attraction in and of itself is sinful. It is disordered because it is out-of-synch with what God intended, but so is myopia (which I have).

Well, come on now; nearsightedness is not a behavior, its a medical description for a common anomoly with our eyesight, something that cannot be controlled or changed by the person "having" it. Homosexuality is a behavior...behaviors we can change...and should change if it goes against the will of God.

Well, by "homosexuality" do you mean the attraction to people of the same sex or the behavior that goes along with it? Somebody can be attracted to members of the same sex yet, with God's assistance, never act upon that attraction.
