You are right about almost everything we learn comes from rumors. It all depends on which rumors people wish to believe in or which rumors are proved to be false.

Many rumors are found to be false rumors, like the yellow house with the pool due to elli1 finding the front picture of that house in which I and few others considered it to possibly be the home the VDS's vacated - The first web site that had the home on it (linked from blogger site, never listed the house number nor a picture of the front of the house - elli1 found the same house on another web site late Wednesday night which included the address and several pictures of the home that were not on the first site.

As of now there is a rumor out there that VDS owns or has access to a condo near the TRC (The Racquet Club), so far no one has figured out if this rumor is fact or not. I believe TexKat is on the lookout for more information on this "condo" story.
