Um, I was kidding. You know, making a joke? Maybe trying to suggest that a huge government agency with billions and billions of dollars, with years and years of experience, and an enormous amount of staffing and equipment, might learn something from a relatively modest (in comparison) private endeavor captained by eager scientists and private explorers rather than career government bureaucrats.
