This "apology" isn't sufficient. The Secretary of Defense should put a hold on all DoD contracts that involve PA businesses.

Are you aware of how many soldiers have from Western Pennsylvania have served, and continue to serve? Wanna punish them too?
Are you still active? If so, maybe some guys from the 28th Infantry Division (Pennsylvania National Guard) just might want to have a little "talk" with you MISTER Jackson, and perhaps adjust your attitude, in light of the fact that you want to take away their jobs so that they can't feed their families when the get back from their deployments in Bosnia and Iraq.
