Fall out of orbit? Some of the orbits we use will last far longer than all of recorded history.

A cheap Wal-Mart scope is not a good choice for looking at manmade structures on the moon. Even Hubble does not have the capability to view the descent stages and rovers left behind on the moon from the Apollo program.
There won't be much up there to view. As you should haver learned by now, all the money is spent RIGHT HERE IN THE USA providing jobs. (Ones that illegal alians don't qualify for).
Those engineering students (maybe your sons or duaghters) buy homes, cars, groceries etc. etc. etc.
What would you rather spend it on? Wellfare?
