My guess, and who knows the truth, is that this was not a moral error, he did not decide to bake his child, he made an egregious mistake.

It is not an ethical error.

Day care did not kill this child, he could have been dropping the baby at Grandmother's house.

I know the death was hideous, I am not retarded. And the death was for no reason, it served no purpose and my best guess knowing what I know is that is did not occur from malice, evil or intent.

It was a tragic error. The kind of error that parents make and children suffer from. If you are so full of hubris that you assume you would never make a serious error that would result in someone's death or injury, I think you are in serious error.

Every parent who has a child is at risk of a lapse that results in harm to a child. Most try their damnest not to have it happen but it does. And it is tragic.
