when my son was in day care I called once a day to check on him.
thats my point exactly....who would leave a 5 month old in day care all day and never check on her even at lunch or break....something smells fishy about this story.[sorry,no pun intended...]
My friends daughter has her two in a day care that has a computer link up. She can bring the daycare up on her computer at work anytime she feels the need to check and she sees her kids.
If I had to leave a child in day care I would look for one with that feature.
Heavens, even Kroger has screens so parents can watch their children in the play room while they shop/
