LA Sheriffs detained an LA Times photographer a little while for taking pictures in the Hollywood/Highland subway station. The guy was wetting his panties and called his "lawyer" when they told him to leave. So, they detained him.
There is no photography allowed on the MTA lines, has been that way since it opened. You must have a ticket to be below ground (hope the deputies cited the guy for that, $271)
Supervisors were responding last I heard.
What happens *if* and when shopping centers, malls, churches, and theater's are bombed?
Seems to me, security should start right at our borders and with very strict, reformed immigration policies.
I may be wrong, but it seems this should be our #1 priority.
Good for the cops. I don't CARE what happens to the Times or any of their so called reporters. We all know what he's going to do with those pics.

What about people who can draw life-like pictures of the subway?
Seems like the only real solution is to paint all the windows black and blindfold all the riders, so they can't see their surroundings...
