A crowd grabbed a child molester and "frog marched him down to the local police station". This is why I remember- frog marched- I stand corrected, but he was grabbed by both arms and legs.

Actually, in case there was a misunderstanding of detail, when I said "girl" I meant a girl his age - allegedly a "woman" - but probably college-age type. "Molesting" meaning anything from pestering her incessantly about sexual stuff or actually groping her, since I don't remember exactly. In any case he clearly was overstepping some kind of bounds.
