I am in a hotel in central London. I had just had a very agreeable lunch after my conference this morning in Park Lane. I got a taxi back (thank goodness) and have decided not to go to the office but to stay put in the hotel and thank my lucky stars I already have a room booked. I may go for a wander outside now that everything seems to be calming down again.
