Possibly - but to be fair to the BBC their witness described the man's ethnicity as 'English' - which is a REALLY UN-PC way of saying white (which made me chuckle).
Chechyan or Bosnian I would speculate if he is white.
If these are just some sort of copycat, "prankster" incidents, and they aren't muslims, watch the left jump all over it as prove that muslims are no more likely to commit terrorism than non-muslims.
