And BTW- they guy with the wires sticking out of his head (perhaps he was hired for comic relief?) is being looked for in the hospital area..cordoned entire area off..
For some reason I am getting the impression that the guy at the hospital is either the guy with the so called nail bomb or the one who tossed the rucksack into the carriage and ran away.
