They said they were small explosions.Okay, then I agree with mware, it could be a series of small dirty bombs designed to contaminate a large area. Or it could be small explosions designed to disburse a bio agent. Again, let's just hope not. This wouldn't be good.

They are reporting that the explosions were the detonators and that most of the bombs did not explode.
