Indeed, I have long been of the view that either Islam cleans up its act to our satisfaction and becomes as docile as a pet rock, or we will have to choose between our own destruction and the destruction of Islam and all of its works. Not that I like the choice, but I strongly prefer the continuation of western civilization to the triumph of the followers of a Dark Ages pedophile worshipping a moon good disguised as a black rock in Araby. Hence my own tagline and screen name -- which goes back to the first Gulf War and the old Prodigy boards with minor variation. (The second part means something on the order of 'in the future the memory of this will be sweet')
It is ultimately a choice between Light and Darkness..
Personally, I prefer an update to Cato's dictum:
"Ceterum censeo Islamnem Carthaginem esse delendam" - "And therefore, I conclude that Islam Carthage must be destroyed".
