I think what you want is a cheer leading site. What you seem to be advocating is that we "celebrate diversity". You want every opinion, no matter how utterly stupid or purely ideologically driven, to be embraced JUST BECAUSE it is different. That is not the point of this site. What makes this site so valuable is the intellectual rigor with which ideas are challenged. We are not some sort of cyber "self-estem group". If you want to have "Alternative opinions" have the intellectual honesty to stand up and defend them. Don't get trapped in the "leftist" mindset that just because you feel something makes it true.
