Roberts shouls be able to come close to his mentor, Rehnquist, in terms of longevity on the SC..He's a 30 year man...and look for some future GOP president to move him up to CJ
The thing about Roberts is that though he is new to the bench so he does not have many cases.....which normally would cause Souter fears....he was a laywer and argued cases before the SCOTUS, including to overturn Roe. He is a good pick.
