What was he thinking!

What he was thinking is that we have anti-trust laws and have them for a good reason. Those of us who are more on the libertarian / civil liberties side of the conservative spectrum believe that big business is to be trusted very little more than big government.

Bork is quite alright in my book for it.

You are a nice guy who posts well but in this case... Mr. Bork was way out of his depth on this. I think he made an intellectual argument concerning business and the tech industry without any feel or understanding of either, for how they work, for how they are funded, for what motivates the employees, for anything having to do with the practicality of hardware, software, and the way they are used. I lost all interest in him when he came down as he did.
