Senator Barbara Boxer appearing on Fox News this afternoon was asked about the 'Gang of Seven' deal not to Filibuster nominees unless it is Extra-ordinary circumstances; declared that "with the right to privacy and Roe v Wade on the table this is an Extra-ordinary circumstance and the Filibuster is on the table".

Well people they just moved the goal posts.

Babs Boxer in hysterical, over emotional, over the top, mode yet again. Could someone please give that woman some estrogen - she needs her hormone levels adjusted.

Boxer was already out of the end zone and not one of the Gang of 14, so what she has to say on the nomination means nothing. We already know she is the craziest member of the Senate, bar none (look at her asinine challenge to the Presidential Vote Count).

If we start worrying about what Box-O-Rox is saying, then we've really become more paranoid than Nixon ever was!
