Right now, Today, Roe is settled law. That doesnt mean however, should a Different Case, with different facts come before the court that an analagous case wouldnt be decided differently.

That statement is way too sensible for many, I agree with it completely.

The Supremes overturn themselves whenever they "feel" like it, who's to stop them?

I've been sitting here trying to figure out why Clemont saying that Roe is settled law is causing so much panic among the pro lifers on this thread. Roe is settled law. True. This woman didn't say she agreed with it, did she? She or any other nominee can't be sworn in one day and change Roe the next.

I'm a staunch pro lifer and Catholic to boot. Somebody needs to explain to me why I should be tearing my hair out, gnashing my teeth and praying the rosary over this "maybe" nominee by Bush.
