With this pick it looks like President Bush doesn't have any problems recognizing exactly who won the election last November. It also bodes well for his future picks - President Bush isn't going to back down from battles.

I was hard put to understand why anyone ever thought he would.

Dan Abrams just said Bush picked Roberts because Roberts doesn't have a long "paper trail" as he has only been on the federal bench for 20 months.

How many times does this President have to prove he's conservative? I guess we have been let down so long by so many so-called conservatives that we always have doubts.

Like I've said before, GW means what he says, and he said he would nominate a judge who interprets not changes laws.

And like I've said before, GW has a pair...
