Is Roberts a surprise?
Not really surprised. Roberts has said that Roe v. Wade "should be overruled".
While he did also call it "the settled law of the land" he never said anything a "right to privacy in the Constitution" and only said he would abided by Roe on the circuit court.
Roberts is better than Clement and he is who I voted for in the FReep poll. I am truly pleased with the President's decision, should this report be true.
