the whole "mainstream" stuff was just ear candy for the press and average American who doesn't follow things very closely - I don't know why so many on FR and elsewhere couldn't see through that.

I posted before mainstream was just politics language. But, it is nice to hear him say he won't pick somebody who would legislate from the bench.
