Exactly what Bill Sammon said last night during Brit's roundtable discussion.
That is a motive ascribed by the press. It is something Clinton would do so they believe all administrations act that way. They have been consistently wrong, but that doesn't stop them.

The media are the ones speculating on this. They obviously think that their non story on Rove is in danger of being replaced by some real news.
I honestly doubt that George Bush gives a flip about the wild rantings of the media......they, the press, will keep the Rove hysteria going til Fitzgerald is finished. That might be 3 months from now!
