How likely to be true are the rumors about Ginsburg and Stevens retiring due to health problems, do you think? Personally, though, after the eminent domain case, I think pseudo-conservatives like Souter are almost worse than the far left ones who are obviously "out there".
Having no access to their health records, I have no clue. Neither does anyone else. That won't stop people from speculation, though.
