Way off subject but:

I just walked out of Santorums Office in Harrisburg, PA. I heard this, "We have an acceptable nomination for the Court".

No clue who it might be. Watch the news tomorrow.

Didn't want to start a thread just for this but found it interisting. I now return you to your normal subject.

Acceptable to who? Dingy Harry, Ted "Swimmer" Kennedy, or the folks who elected George Bush, in part to put orginalists on the Court who would *enforce* the Constitution, not "interpret " it.

My surmise: If Specter is being called and A Great Per heard this from Sanctorum's office, President Bush selected someone from Pennsylvania because the "home state Senators" who will introduce the nominee would be Specter and Santorum.
