It is a good guess, woman and all, highly qualified, who has written that Roe should be well, reviewed given the "new" scientific evidence since it came down from the guy who gave mediocrity a bad name, LOL, to replace a women. As a sidebar, God, how I loathe this group representation thingie. I would, inter alia, prefer a SCOTUS that was all Jewish and male, as long as it agreed with the Constiutional interpretative preferences of this near atheist WASP moi.) But Bush is a guy who can surprise. He tends to like doing that.

You are the first freeper I've seen come out and say that except me.

"I loathe this group representation thingie. "

Me, too. First time I ever thought an unmentionable word in relation to Laura Bush was when I heard her "I want it to be a woman!" comment.

I thought it was the RATS who revelled in that kind of thing... to hell with who's BEST for the job, let's get a "type"! You know: "Isn't it WONDERFUL? We have the first Arab-American, Transgender on the court!" ... gakkk.

Not that I care if it's a woman, particularly - as long as it's a CONSERVATIVE woman (100%) ... but it's repugnant to me that that should be the deciding factor.
